I also do admire the dimocrats. There leadership has created a movement that goose-steps together to obtain solid results on the goals laid out by leadership. Witness the extreme leftward lurch of this nation over the last 2 decades to confirm this. Of course helpful center-left chambercrat republicans were also quite useful in the dims endeavors.
@24:40 The housing "crisis" will be fixed via more gubmit subsidies leading to price inflation via a continuing devalued currency or we could go with financing chicanery to 50 yr. loans creating entrapped debt slaves and assuring very little equity and therefore flexibility is created within the first 2 decades. These ideas will preserve the status quo of the current trend. Perhaps we could try economic policy not derived of the left and unravel the regs and subsidies for a free market solution?
